STEPS FOR ORDERING
It will only take a few steps to order your Cake Topper.
Step 1 – Completing the contact form.
It is always worth while finding out the availability of the date your require by filling out the contact form. We will get back to you ASAP.
Alturnatively, you can contact us by email or phone.
Your custom is very inportant to us and we try to reply the same day or next day. If you have not received a reply from us within a week please contact us again.
IMPORTANT – We only except orders to be placed 2 Months prior to the requested delivery date.

Step 2 – Conformation of delivery date and Price
As soon as we have received your completed contact form with your enquire, we will provisionaly reserve your delivery slot and confirm our price for undertaking the project.
If this date has already been booked we will notify you straight away.
Step 3 – Ordering & Payment
Once you have confirmed that you wish to go ahead with Shorter Cake Toppers to create your project, we will ask for your address details ad provide you with an invoice via Paypal.
I require 50% of the total cost to secure your slot (which is non-refundable) and the end balance a month before the delivery slot.
Or you can pay in full – please state this on the contact form.
Once we have received confirmation of payment from Paypal, we will send you a copy of your order together with a detailed information request form for you to complete.
Step 4 – Information Request form
It is very important that we receive the information request form from you detailing your requirements of the cake topper no later than 2 months before the required delivery date.
Most project details can be confirmed using digital photos, Magazine cuttings & your own input via an attachment in an email.
Step 6 – Packing & Despatch
Here at Shorter Cake Toppers we take great care in making sure that your cake topper reaches you safley.
Each project is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in tissue paper, it is then placed into a double walled cardboard box and then wrapped in parcel paper.
I use the Royal Mail special delivery service – Next Day. this service guarantees delivery to 99% of the UK by 1pm.
